With the birth of a Comanche child, the new infant was heartily greeted by parents and family members. With the new baby, many other adults gladly received the precious life into the community.
The valuable life was a wonderful addition to the tribe. As the baby began to grow, the young one on the back of it’s caring mother seemed to be a perfect sight. The child was certainly at home and pleasingly content.
From the back of the mother, the young one inquisitively observed the immediate surroundings. As the mother tended to move about, the child often times would simply sleep.
